‘Wonder Women’ is a regular women’s personal development and tantra group; it takes you another step into greater self love. Each evening has a main theme – not exclusively around Sexuality, but Sacred Sexuality and connection, loving and feeling empowered in our women’s bodies are the backbone of these Wonder Women evenings. Themes address different aspects of your identity as a woman, your passions, your dreams, your body, your health, your sexuality, and relationships. We have space for 13 women each month, plus myself and my assistant. Some people will chose to come every month, some will come in a more ad hoc way; either way is fine.

Tantric Fool – 1st-3rd April – Cornwall
My clown burst out of me back in summer 2017 and since then has been learning lots of new tricks. Along with my friend and colleague Kate Spenceley we’ve developed a workshop that marries tantra and the fool. Here’s a blog that Kate wrote about our experiences of exploring our personal clowns.
If you want to liberate your authentic-self and say a wholehearted ‘ yes’ to life you must first be prepared to fail. Join us as we learn to fail with style using a mix of clowning and tantric techniques. Over these few days, (including April Fool’s Day of course!), we will set aside our inner tyrant and with pleasure curiosity and imagination welcome our spontaneous and playful selves.’
Our venue is the stunning Rosemerryn Wood in Cornwall, located very close to the sea and sits within the wild, exciting and magical Cornish landscape.
Your investment for this workshop is £450. This covers accommodation on the Wednesday and Thursday evening, a plentiful supply of wonderful food and all your tuition. There is a possibility of spending an extra evening at Rosemerryn on the Friday for a cost of £30 per person (breakfast not included)

Introductory Tantra evening for men and Women – Friday 10th April – Manchester
Shakti Tantra introductory events are practical, experiential workshops which introduce techniques that can be applied immediately in everyday life, to enrich our inner lives, our creativity and our relationships.
Tantra teaches that sex is sacred, that our aliveness as sexual beings is the dynamo of our being by healing the barriers we have created between sex, heart and spirit.
The Tantric practices we teach open us up to a greater capacity to experience pleasure in all things and free us to expand emotionally and spiritually.
During this introductory evening for men and women we will explore gentle connections and new perspectives on how we relate to ourselves and each other in our uniqueness.
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions about the next Awakening to Sacred Union residential workshop – level one of our life transforming Mixed Programme.
