DESCRIPTION:Introductory Tantra evening for Women – in person or online (let’s see what happens) – Manchester \n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nShakti Tantra introductory events are practical\, experiential workshops which introduce techniques that can be applied immediately in everyday life\, to enrich our inner lives\, our creativity and our relationships. \n\n\n\nTantra teaches that sex is sacred\, that our aliveness as sexual beings is the dynamo of our being by healing the barriers we have created between sex\, heart and spirit. \nThe Tantric practices we teach open us up to a greater capacity to experience pleasure in all things and free us to expand emotionally and spiritually. \nDuring this introductory evening for women we will explore how we can connect and create a more nourishing and intimate relationship with our own bodies and vitality. \n\n\n\nThere will also be an opportunity to ask questions about ‘Women’s Invitation’ which is level 1 of our life transforming Women’s Programme.  The next ‘Women’s Invitation’ will be 10-12 July. \n\nHere are a couple of poems written by Rowena Roberts\, capturing some of the magic she has experienced from doing ‘the work’. \n\n\nFor enquiries about this evening workshop please contact me\, (Annabel)\, here by email or just book on here. \n\nPlease book on here – ticket price £25 for this three hour event.

DESCRIPTION:This will possibly have to be postponed because of the Covid-19 – we’ll keep you posted if it has to be\, and then let you know any rescheduled dates… It’s an awesome workshop and most beautiful place whenever it happens 💖 \nA truly amazing weekend workshop for men & women (singles and couples) who wish to consciously experience being in tantric energy in a rustic eco-retreat setting with ancient woodlands\, fire\, river\, lake\, mountains and a hot tub under the stars. \nThis 2-day residential workshop is an introduction to tantra\, a first step on a very exciting and transformative journey\, skilfully and lovingly taught\, loosening the mental and emotional shackles that keep us from living fully.  Key themes include; opening to sensuality and working with the energy body through movement\, meditation and the breath.  In a safe\, nurturing environment\, we invite playfulness and imagination into traditional rituals\, bringing healing and celebration into our life. \nAwakening to Sacred Union is the first level of Shakti Tantra’s Mixed Tantra Programme and is the perfect beginning for singles and couples. It is a training for life. Once you’ve completed the workshop you have the option to sign up for the rest of the programme\, if it feels right for you. \nThis weekend is very similar to our classic Awakening to Sacred Union workshop\, but with a twist\, as the residential setting is a rural eco-retreat centre in the wilds of North Wales – complete with the cedar wood hot-tub\, compost loos\, a Celtic Roundhouse with a central fire\, group room and eco-dwellings – www.caemabon.co.uk.  This change from our usual residential workshop settings is reflected in the cheaper price.  Accommodation will be shared. \nPlease note this centre is on a hill side\, and therefore if you have reduced mobility or have concerns please get in touch to check that the location will be suitable for you. \nFEEDBACK FROM PREVIOUS WORKSHOPS: \n“These people know what they are doing! SUMMARY:Tantric Fool - 1st-3rd April - Cornwall 
DESCRIPTION:Although my Fool has been present in my life for a very long time I wasn’t very conscious of her.  She finally ‘formally’ (as much as any clown can be formal!) burst out of me back in summer 2017 when I did a week long clown course in Spain at The Actors Space and since then has been studying and playing many new tricks. \nTogether with fellow tantrika Kate Spenceley we’ve developed a workshop that marries tantra and the fool.  Kate come from a performance background and has had a well trained Fool for a very long time!!   Here’s a blog that Kate wrote about our experiences of exploring our personal clowns. \nIf you want to liberate your authentic-self and say a wholehearted ‘ yes’ to life you must first be prepared to fail.  Join us as we learn to fail with style using a mix of clowning and tantric techniques.  Over these few days\, (including April Fool’s Day of course!)\, we will set aside our inner tyrant and with pleasure curiosity and imagination welcome our spontaneous and playful selves.’ \nOur venue is the stunning Rosemerryn Wood  in Cornwall\,  located very close to the sea and sits within the wild\, exciting and magical Cornish landscape. \nYour investment for this workshop is £450.
